How long does shipping take?

We will be shipping your order from New Zealand, once you receive shipping notification, Standard delivery is 3 – 7 business days, however, delivery can take up to 12 business days* if there are delays in customs and up to 14 business days* during peak periods such as Christmas. (*In major metro areas and capitol cities)

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Standard Delivery Australia Post for $15.00

Some products are classed as bulky items due to their size or packaging. Any applicable surcharge will be displayed on the product page and calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns

If in the unfortunate case your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, you can send it back to Innova Products Limited, the exclusive distributor of ClickClack products in Australia, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).

If you change your mind, please contact [email protected] and we will help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note: the return shipping cost isn’t covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original ClickClack packaging.

Exchanges

We will happily help you process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with packaging intact. Please reach out to [email protected] for help.

Product Returns Form

We hope your ClickClack product is perfect for you, but if you do need to return it, contact us for a product return form, and return it with your item(s) within 14 days.

Important

We can only exchange or refund products purchased from clickclack.com/au/. For products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer.

All items to be returned must be in the original packaging and will be inspected prior to any exchange being issued. If it is not in its original packaging no refund can be given.

We are unable to refund you for any postage cost back to Innova Products Limited for change-of-mind returns.

We advise you get a proof of postage or use a tracking service as we can only refund items that we receive, and we are not responsible for returned items lost in the post.
