Warranty Period

Our standard warranty period is 12 months from date of purchase, although this may vary according to the type of goods.

Faulty Items

If your product is not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not meet its description, please contact our Customer service team as soon as possible to arrange a replacement free of charge. Please include your contact details, product details, date and place of purchase, and the date on which you noticed the fault.

Normal Wear and Tear, Misuse, and Delays in Reporting

Please note that we do not refund for faults caused by normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, or requests made outside a reasonable timeframe after discovering the fault.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Consumer Law

Our goods may also come with warranties that cannot be excluded under your applicable consumer law (depending on territory of sale and purchase). For example, you may be entitled to replacement, refund or repair, depending on the applicable consumer law and the nature of the goods and failure complained of. Some territories do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of warranty, so the above terms may not apply to you.
